Larger Products are typically made to order, we aim to process and ship within 1-3 weeks.  

Smaller Products are made in small run quantities, we aim to despatch within 3-4 days.

Colour will need a minimum of 4 weeks to complete. Although please don't hesitate to reach out for estimations.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Our products are dispatched from the UK. 

International orders
Orders delivered outside of the UK may incur customs charges and delays. All customs duties & taxes are assessed upon delivery and to be shouldered by the recipient. Please check with your local post office or customs office for further information.

We do not buy in pre-made or drop-ship products our designs are original and made in-house at our workshop in The Black Country, England. Using only quality materials and processes.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and refund decision.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We manufacture all of our product within the region of the The Black Country, England. Off-the-shelf supplies and materials are sourced locally along with services e.g laser cutting and turning. The majority of production is completed in house, including all assembly. This ensures product miles are kept to a minimum.

Where possible we reuse and repurpose materials.

When required we repair and restore vintage items we source. We love saving disused and forgotten design pieces.
